Forget the gambling, this is a sure bet. Doris Lux from Meriden, Kansas showed me how she uses her casino bungee cords. The clips them to her sewing machine to keep her thread scissors handy. She also clips it to her shirt collar, swings the bungee cord around her neck (tucking it under her shirt collar, if appropriate) and her scissors hang down so her right hand can grab them whenever needed. Beware of sharp, pointed scissors when you bend over. OUCH! Great idea!
