 Laura Martell from Raleigh, NC has designed an awesome tote bag with pockets and compartments galore to hold it all. Use the Professional Tote for sewing stuff, as a diaper bag, or as an honest-to-goodness professional briefcase. The center compartment is large enough to hold file folders or a laptop. There are pockets for your PDA, airline tickets, newspaper, water bottle, umbrella, keys, business cards…wait, I think I just saw the kitchen sink in there! Not to worry, a zipper along the top holds all your belongings safe and secure.
Laura's pattern is well organized and easy to follow, but it isn't for sissies. Don't just blow through it checking the illustrations every once in a while. Read her explicit directions and you'll do just fine. She's even given you labels to keep you organized as you work. This is the mother of all tote bags!
